This Queen Anne design, two and a half story, brick home was built in the 1890's. Amanda Mays Lyons, widow of Dr. Thomas V. Lyons, Sr., made her home here after Dr. Lyons death.

The entrance is in the first bay and features bevelled art glas sidelights. There is a polygonal bay on the facade, and a large porch with paired columns. The rectangular windows have stone lintels and sills. There is a wall dormer with a Paladian window and the slate roof is hipped.
